TAT Broth Base (CPLP) is used as diluent of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other raw material samples. Casein pancreatic digest provides nitrogen, vitamins, minerals and amino acids essential for growth. The high concentration of Casein peptone allows the development of spores of all microorganisms, including the injured ones. Soy lecithin and Polysorbate neutralize preservatives included in cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, allowing microorganisms growth.
