High purity rNTPs are easy-to-use, time-saving solutions for in vitro transcription assays and/or reactions requiring Ribonucleoside Triphosphates (rNTPs) of high purity.
- Supplied in purified water as 100 mM solutions (pH 7.5).
- Extensively purified to yield a minimum of 99% in triphosphate form for solution (98% for lyophilized) to enhance incorporation and yield optimal experimental results.
This solution can be used for in vitro transcription or for reactions requiring rNTPs of high purity. Each lot is tested for ribonuclease contamination to ensure success in your application.
