Details

High purity rNTPs are easy-to-use, time-saving solutions forÂ in vitroÂ transcription assays and/or reactions requiring Ribonucleoside Triphosphates (rNTPs) of high purity.

Supplied in purified water as 100 mM solutions (pH 7.5).
Extensively purified to yield a minimum of 99% in triphosphate form for solution (98% for lyophilized) to enhance incorporation and yield optimal experimental results.

This solution can be used forÂ in vitroÂ transcription or for reactions requiring rNTPs of high purity. Each lot is tested for ribonuclease contamination to ensure success in your application.

They are ideally suited for the most sensitiveÂ molecular biologyÂ research applications. Available either as individual products or in a convenient set containing ATP, CTP, GTP, and UTP in separate tubes.
