Use these rugged sensors to monitor the flow of liquid ammonia, turbine steam condensate, and moreâ€”wherever strength and chemical resistance are required.
Open-core rotor is cavitation free at flow rates from 1.5 to 20 ft/second. Easy maintenanceâ€”sensors can be replaced in minutes.
METALEX flow sensors are compatible with all of our battery- and line-powered flowmeters, accumulators, and controllers. Sensors must be used with the fitting type specified in the table belowâ€”installation fittings sold separately.
METALEX sensors feature CD4MCU rotor; Fluoroloy B rotor bearings; and 316 stainless steel body, rotor shaft, and shaft retainers.
