These magnifiers eliminate the distortion commonly found with similarly priced pocket magnifiers by bonding together three optical lenses, forming a -Hastings Triplet-. Lens is recessed to protect it from damage. Swing-away, nickel-plated case also protects the lens and acts as a handle.
