His Mag Sepharose Excel are magnetic beads designed for rapid, small-scale purification and screening of his-tagged proteins consisting of an Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography (IMAC) resin precharged with nickel ions that are strongly bound to a chelating ligand.
