Improve the yields of your PCR application by quickly spinning any droplets on your PCR plates to the bottom of the wells. This compact centrifuge features a swing-out rotor which accommodates 2 PCR plates, 4 stacked skirted plates, 2 microtiter plates, or 24 x 0.2 mL PCR strips; including skirted, semi-skirted, and non-skirted plates.
Two plate carriers rest at a 75Â° angle, preventing any samples from leaking. Upon closing the lid, the plates swing out to a horizontal position for centrifugation. This plate positioning is ideal for concentrating samples to the bottom of the wells. Electronic break decelerates the rotor in 4 seconds.
