CF6 is an absorbent material (1450 Âµm thickness at 53 kPA), suitable for use as an absorbent pad for flow-through applications.

Thick material suitable for high sample volume.

CF6 â€“ Thick Grade Sample Pads

CF6 is a thick material suitable for high sample volume applications. It is particularly well- suited for use as an absorbent sink at the bottom of a flow through assay kit.

Flow-Through Assays

The absorbents used for flow-through assays must wick fast and be highly water absorbent. The volumes of liquids used in flow-through assays can be much higher than those in lateral flow. Thicker cellulose materials with fast wicking are therefore the material of choice.
