Take automatic measurements of angle of rotation (AOR) and International Sugar Scale (ISS) in samples such as sugars, food additives, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. Download your results to a computer or printer through the RS-232 interface. Adjust operational parameters such as scale, tube length, and temperature through the menu-driven touch screen. Perform an instrument blank with an empty tube—sample readings are automatically adjusted based on the blank. Select between English and German language for the display.
Optional stainless steel tubes with temperature sensor allow you to directly monitor the sample temperature and compensate your readings. Calibrate the polarimeter with a quartz control plate; select the plate closest to your expected result.
